Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use VisitSoccer (16 in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom). By using the site you represent that you meet this minimum age.
Who we are
VisitSoccer is a soccer directory that helps users find fields, clubs, bars, camps, and other soccer-related venues by city. The directory information is curated from public sources and partner submissions.
Using the site
You agree to:
- Use the site only for lawful purposes.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site.
- Not scrape, copy, or redistribute our directory data at scale without permission.
- Not submit content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or otherwise unlawful.
- Not interfere with the operation of the site (e.g. by overloading it, sending spam, or attempting to bypass bot protections).
Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@visitsoccer.com.
User-submitted content
If you submit content (a venue listing, contact message, review, or feedback), you confirm you have the right to share it and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it on the site for the purposes of running the directory. We may decline, edit, or remove any submission at our discretion.
Listings and accuracy
We work to keep listings accurate, but we do not guarantee that every venue, hour, phone number, or photo on the site is current or complete. Please verify details with the venue directly before traveling. If you spot an error, let us know.
Third-party links and embeds
The site contains links to third-party websites and services (directions on Google Maps, social media profiles, etc.). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
Intellectual property
The VisitSoccer name, logo, and site design are our property. You may not use them for commercial purposes without written permission. Directory data we curate is provided for personal, non-commercial use on this site.

Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VISITSOCCER, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VisitSoccer, its affiliates, and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any right of a third party.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Except for individual claims filed in small-claims court, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Binding arbitration; class-action waiver
Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. Except for claims for injunctive relief regarding intellectual property or account access, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of VisitSoccer shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, in Los Angeles, California, before one arbitrator. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class-action waiver. You and VisitSoccer agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. Unless both parties agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration section shall be null and void, but the remaining Terms shall remain in force.
You may reject binding arbitration by sending an opt-out notice to support@visitsoccer.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the site for any user who violates these Terms. You may stop using the site at any time. The sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Arbitration) shall survive.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify users. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
